They are located within walking distance of the University of Newcastle, 10 minutes' drive to John Hunter Hospital, 20 minutes’ drive to the Newcastle CBD, 25 minutes' to Newcastle Airport and only 45 minutes to our world renowned Hunter Valley vineyards.
Each apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, separate living and dining areas, internal laundry facilities, and free off street parking.
There are terrace apartments with internal stairs and other apartments without internal stairs. Please speak with our friendly reception staff if you need to book a particular apartment type.

Airport Transfers – Lexus Hire
- $75.00 per trip – Maximum of 4 passengers. To make an enquiry, please complete the Airport Transfer Form.
- Early Check-in: $20.00 per hour prior to 2.00pm
- Late Departure: $20.00 per hour after 10.00am
- Cot Hire: $15.00 per night.
- The apartment is serviced every 7 days. Additional servicing is available upon request: $35.00 per service.
- On the day of arrival, an SMS will be sent to your mobile with the access information to your apartment.
- To access the lock-up garage, the garage remote needs to be collected from Jesmond Executive Villas' reception, located at 189 Newcastle Road, Jesmond, between 8.30am and 8.30pm. If you are arriving after hours, please contact Reception to arrange this at least 24 hours prior to check-in. The remote will need to be collected from the Kiosk machine by entering your name and mobile telephone number for verification.
- A $100.00 pre-authorisation is taken when collecting the remote is collected from the kiosk machine.
