Express Check-ins

Express check-ins are available for some off-site properties to guests that have booked through the internet or who have supplied credit card details to be charged. Express check-ins utilise a text message that is sent to the guest’s mobile on the morning of check-in. The text message will have the apartment address and a brief description of how to gain entry to the property via a code. The check-in may also include a code to a letter box where fobs can be collected if required for access to the building or car park. Advantages of express check-in include the ability to go directly to your apartment without any fuss. Please note this procedure is not available in all offsite properties and is not available to guests paying cash.

Here is an example of the information you will receive

Property Name

Property Address. XXXXX

Your apartment number is unit X.

Collection of Keys.

  1. Collect keys from the letter box number X at X, Newcastle.
  2. Enter XXXX XX into number X letter box lock.  
  3. Turn the combination lock clockwise to open the letter box.
  4. Remove your keys for the apartment, then re-lock the letter box.

Finding your car parking space.  

1. Each apartment has its own individual car parking space for one car.

2. Park your car in car park space number X.

Finding Your Apartment.

  1. Take the lift to the 1st floor.

Departure

  1. Lock the apartment.
  2. Remove your car from the garage.
  3. Return keys to the letter box X at XXXXX, Newcastle.

We also have checkpoints across Newcastle if a late check-in is required. We can arrange a check-in that allows you to pick up keys close to your destination. We also have a manager on duty 24 hours a day if there are any concerns or queries if checking in after hours.

Standard Check-ins

Check-ins is available from 2pm on the day of check-in.

All payment will be charged on arrival.

Our Central Reservations Office is located at 189 Newcastle Road, Jesmond, opposite Hungry Jacks.

Office hours are 9am-9pm, seven days a week.

 Check out is 10am unless a late check-out has been arranged. Late checkout fees are $10 for each hour after 10am and are only available till 1pm.
