Newcastle Executive Apartments has properties available across several locations in the city of Newcastle.
Each individual site has an independent method for check-in. Some properties can be checked-in via an access code and others require a key/fob. Newcastle Executive Apartments has developed procedures to ensure that guests arrive to the correct property, on time and as hassle free as possible.
On the morning of your scheduled arrival, you will be contacted by our office with information pertaining to your check-in.
Our team member will confirm the apartment, room type and the estimated time of your arrival for check-in. The employee will then notify you that a text message will be sent through to your mobile with specific instructions outlining how to gain entry to your apartment.
The text message is essential to all off-site properties. However keys can be picked up from our Central Reservations office at 189 Newcastle Rd, Jesmond.
